Where are you located?

As you drive into Hethersett from Thickthorn roundabout (B1172), you’ll pass the Church Farm Shop on the left and come to a road on the right sign posted ‘Norwich Road’. Turn down this road and follow it round – we’re on the left hand side almost opposite the Queen’s Head Pub.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have 3 designated Beauty Shed car park spaces on the premises visible from the road. However if these are taken you can park anywhere along the road (it’s free!) or if you’re lucky enough to find a space, the generous owners of the Queens Head pub will allow you to park in their car park which is almost opposite the salon.

What do I need to know about vouchers?

Unless a promotion, ie Christmas, all vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The date of purchase will be written on your voucher along with the value/treatment purchased, the voucher number and personal details (recipient name & who it’s from).

If you’d like to buy one, either purchase via our website, pop into the salon or give us a call – we can sort the payment over the phone and get that posted to you within the week!

How’s best to get in touch with you if I have queries/questions?

If you prefer messaging, we are contactable via both our Facebook and Instagram social media pages and typically reply within 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

As of 2021, we have implemented deposits being paid when booking your appointments online – this amount will vary for each treatment, and will be deducted from your final payment at your appointment.

If you have to cancel your appointment, we do ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice so we can try and fill this space. Your deposit will be left on your account as credit to use when you reschedule.

If however you are a no show, your deposit is non-refundable and when booking in again you will have to pay another deposit.
